Reisdetails van Zuid-Amerika
Omschrijving:
Hoi allemaal !
Zoals een aantal van jullie ondertussen wel zullen weten, vertrekken Lars en ik 9 februari, naar Zuid-Amerika. We gaan een flink stuk reizen, van Peru via Bolivia en Argentinië richting Brazilië. Veel mooie dingen zien en vooral genieten natuurlijk. Maar omdat we het belangrijk vonden ons toch nog nuttig te maken, hebben we besloten om ook een aantal weken te besteden aan vrijwilligerswerk.
Via een vrijwilligersbeurs in Utrecht zijn we uiteindelijk terechtgekomen bij een kleine organisatie die zich focust op ontwikkelingswerk in Peru, genaamd Mijn Bestemming Peru. De uitvalsbasis van de organisatie is de stad Cuzco en hier in de buurt hebben wij dus ook een mooi project gevonden om bij te helpen, Qosqo Maki. Hierbinnen vallen een opvanghuis voor 15 ernstig verwaarloosde straatkinderen. Daarnaast is er een bibliotheek opgericht voor alle kinderen in buurt, waar van ons verwacht wordt te helpen met de omgang met computers en het geven van Engelse les. Het project wordt gerund door één Spanjaard, verder draait het volledig op vrijwilligers.
De verschillen in Peru zijn erg groot. De totale economie groeit, maar het verschil tussen arm en rijk, maar ook de armoede zelf neemt toe. In Peru leeft ruim de helft van de inwoners in armoede, en ruim 1 op de 5 personen zelfs in extreme armoede. In de landelijke gebieden behoort 84% van de bevolking tot de laagste klasse, wat betekent dat zij zich net aan, en in vele gevallen zelfs niet eens, de eerste levensbehoeftes kunnen veroorloven.
Om hier echt wat te kunnen betekenen zijn we daarom op zoek naar sponsors. Het zou de mensen daar enorm kunnen helpen als wij ze wat steun konden bieden, financieel of materialistisch. Daarom wilden we vragen of mensen bereid zijn een klein bedrag over te maken naar onderstaande rekening:

Reisdetails van Zuid-Amerika
Omschrijving:
Hoi allemaal !
Zoals een aantal van jullie ondertussen wel zullen weten, vertrekken Lars en ik 9 februari, naar Zuid-Amerika. We gaan een flink stuk reizen, van Peru via Bolivia en Argentinië richting Brazilië. Veel mooie dingen zien en vooral genieten natuurlijk. Maar omdat we het belangrijk vonden ons toch nog nuttig te maken, hebben we besloten om ook een aantal weken te besteden aan vrijwilligerswerk.
Via een vrijwilligersbeurs in Utrecht zijn we uiteindelijk terechtgekomen bij een kleine organisatie die zich focust op ontwikkelingswerk in Peru, genaamd Mijn Bestemming Peru. De uitvalsbasis van de organisatie is de stad Cuzco en hier in de buurt hebben wij dus ook een mooi project gevonden om bij te helpen, Qosqo Maki. Hierbinnen vallen een opvanghuis voor 15 ernstig verwaarloosde straatkinderen. Daarnaast is er een bibliotheek opgericht voor alle kinderen in buurt, waar van ons verwacht wordt te helpen met de omgang met computers en het geven van Engelse les. Het project wordt gerund door één Spanjaard, verder draait het volledig op vrijwilligers.
De verschillen in Peru zijn erg groot. De totale economie groeit, maar het verschil tussen arm en rijk, maar ook de armoede zelf neemt toe. In Peru leeft ruim de helft van de inwoners in armoede, en ruim 1 op de 5 personen zelfs in extreme armoede. In de landelijke gebieden behoort 84% van de bevolking tot de laagste klasse, wat betekent dat zij zich net aan, en in vele gevallen zelfs niet eens, de eerste levensbehoeftes kunnen veroorloven.
Om hier echt wat te kunnen betekenen zijn we daarom op zoek naar sponsors. Het zou de mensen daar enorm kunnen helpen als wij ze wat steun konden bieden, financieel of materialistisch. Daarom wilden we vragen of mensen bereid zijn een klein bedrag over te maken naar onderstaande rekening:

Reisdetails van Zuid-Amerika
Omschrijving:
Hoi allemaal !
Zoals een aantal van jullie ondertussen wel zullen weten, vertrekken Lars en ik 9 februari, naar Zuid-Amerika. We gaan een flink stuk reizen, van Peru via Bolivia en Argentinië richting Brazilië. Veel mooie dingen zien en vooral genieten natuurlijk. Maar omdat we het belangrijk vonden ons toch nog nuttig te maken, hebben we besloten om ook een aantal weken te besteden aan vrijwilligerswerk.
Via een vrijwilligersbeurs in Utrecht zijn we uiteindelijk terechtgekomen bij een kleine organisatie die zich focust op ontwikkelingswerk in Peru, genaamd Mijn Bestemming Peru. De uitvalsbasis van de organisatie is de stad Cuzco en hier in de buurt hebben wij dus ook een mooi project gevonden om bij te helpen, Qosqo Maki. Hierbinnen vallen een opvanghuis voor 15 ernstig verwaarloosde straatkinderen. Daarnaast is er een bibliotheek opgericht voor alle kinderen in buurt, waar van ons verwacht wordt te helpen met de omgang met computers en het geven van Engelse les. Het project wordt gerund door één Spanjaard, verder draait het volledig op vrijwilligers.
De verschillen in Peru zijn erg groot. De totale economie groeit, maar het verschil tussen arm en rijk, maar ook de armoede zelf neemt toe. In Peru leeft ruim de helft van de inwoners in armoede, en ruim 1 op de 5 personen zelfs in extreme armoede. In de landelijke gebieden behoort 84% van de bevolking tot de laagste klasse, wat betekent dat zij zich net aan, en in vele gevallen zelfs niet eens, de eerste levensbehoeftes kunnen veroorloven.
Om hier echt wat te kunnen betekenen zijn we daarom op zoek naar sponsors. Het zou de mensen daar enorm kunnen helpen als wij ze wat steun konden bieden, financieel of materialistisch. Daarom wilden we vragen of mensen bereid zijn een klein bedrag over te maken naar onderstaande rekening:

Reisdetails van Zuid-Amerika
Omschrijving:
Hoi allemaal !
Zoals een aantal van jullie ondertussen wel zullen weten, vertrekken Lars en ik 9 februari, naar Zuid-Amerika. We gaan een flink stuk reizen, van Peru via Bolivia en Argentinië richting Brazilië. Veel mooie dingen zien en vooral genieten natuurlijk. Maar omdat we het belangrijk vonden ons toch nog nuttig te maken, hebben we besloten om ook een aantal weken te besteden aan vrijwilligerswerk.
Via een vrijwilligersbeurs in Utrecht zijn we uiteindelijk terechtgekomen bij een kleine organisatie die zich focust op ontwikkelingswerk in Peru, genaamd Mijn Bestemming Peru. De uitvalsbasis van de organisatie is de stad Cuzco en hier in de buurt hebben wij dus ook een mooi project gevonden om bij te helpen, Qosqo Maki. Hierbinnen vallen een opvanghuis voor 15 ernstig verwaarloosde straatkinderen. Daarnaast is er een bibliotheek opgericht voor alle kinderen in buurt, waar van ons verwacht wordt te helpen met de omgang met computers en het geven van Engelse les. Het project wordt gerund door één Spanjaard, verder draait het volledig op vrijwilligers.
De verschillen in Peru zijn erg groot. De totale economie groeit, maar het verschil tussen arm en rijk, maar ook de armoede zelf neemt toe. In Peru leeft ruim de helft van de inwoners in armoede, en ruim 1 op de 5 personen zelfs in extreme armoede. In de landelijke gebieden behoort 84% van de bevolking tot de laagste klasse, wat betekent dat zij zich net aan, en in vele gevallen zelfs niet eens, de eerste levensbehoeftes kunnen veroorloven.
Om hier echt wat te kunnen betekenen zijn we daarom op zoek naar sponsors. Het zou de mensen daar enorm kunnen helpen als wij ze wat steun konden bieden, financieel of materialistisch. Daarom wilden we vragen of mensen bereid zijn een klein bedrag over te maken naar onderstaande rekening:

Zoals een aantal van jullie ondertussen wel zullen weten, vertrekken Lars en ik 9 februari, naar Zuid-Amerika. We gaan een flink stuk reizen, van Peru via Bolivia en Argentinië richting Brazilië. Veel mooie dingen zien en vooral genieten natuurlijk. Maar omdat we het belangrijk vonden ons toch nog nuttig te maken, hebben we besloten om ook een aantal weken te besteden aan vrijwilligerswerk.
Via een vrijwilligersbeurs in Utrecht zijn we uiteindelijk terechtgekomen bij een kleine organisatie die zich focust op ontwikkelingswerk in Peru, genaamd Mijn Bestemming Peru. De uitvalsbasis van de organisatie is de stad Cuzco en hier in de buurt hebben wij dus ook een mooi project gevonden om bij te helpen, Qosqo Maki. Hierbinnen vallen een opvanghuis voor 15 ernstig verwaarloosde straatkinderen. Daarnaast is er een bibliotheek opgericht voor alle kinderen in buurt, waar van ons verwacht wordt te helpen met de omgang met computers en het geven van Engelse les. Het project wordt gerund door één Spanjaard, verder draait het volledig op vrijwilligers.
De verschillen in Peru zijn erg groot. De totale economie groeit, maar het verschil tussen arm en rijk, maar ook de armoede zelf neemt toe. In Peru leeft ruim de helft van de inwoners in armoede, en ruim 1 op de 5 personen zelfs in extreme armoede. In de landelijke gebieden behoort 84% van de bevolking tot de laagste klasse, wat betekent dat zij zich net aan, en in vele gevallen zelfs niet eens, de eerste levensbehoeftes kunnen veroorloven.
Om hier echt wat te kunnen betekenen zijn we daarom op zoek naar sponsors. Het zou de mensen daar enorm kunnen helpen als wij ze wat steun konden bieden, financieel of materialistisch. Daarom wilden we vragen of mensen bereid zijn een klein bedrag over te maken naar onderstaande rekening:
